10 Places / Venues to Meet Wealthy & Successful Men

OK - let's cut to the chase. We women want to meet and date good-looking, caring, and kind men. But above all we want our man to be able to take care of us and to able provide us with security and all the nice things we want in life. We keep ourselves beautiful and can take care of our men - so why don't we deserve the best in return? :)

To help us in our quest to find Mr. Right, I've compiled what I've experienced to be the best ways to find these eligible wealthy and established men:

#1 - Hang out at Starbucks in the rich neighborhoods: You know where they are - go to the downtown areas near where the mansions are, and hang out at the local Starbucks, grocery stores, and restaurants where the locals are. Then, you must be approachable. Hang out with your cute doggie or have a book on the table that can be a conversation starter. All you need is to look good and be approachable, and eventually a single eligible man will start conversation.

#2 - Get a job where rich men are: Check the local country club or high-end athletic club for job openings. Get a job in high-end retail stores such as men's designer fashion or jewelry stores. You can also get a job as a secretary or administrative assistant in a high-paying industry: Working as an assistant in a law office, investment bank, or big consulting company can be a great way to meet lots of eligible professional men. We've all heard about the affairs that occur between married business men and their hot assistants - not that this should be your goal, but the point is that there is plenty of romance to be had in an office full of high-powered successful men.

#3 - Workout and get a tan: You must understand that successful men have lots of options, and they are used to being with attractive women. If you are overweight or not attractive - then you may be wasting your time. There's a minimum level of beauty, fitness, and bouncy personality that are required to get the attention of an established man. I'd recommend getting into a good workout regimen and even going to a tanning salon - it can make you the eye-catcher which will be your ticket in.

#4 - Don't come off as a gold digger! The one Golden Rule is that wealthy men get approached by gold diggers all the time, and they are familiar with the obvious tell-tale signs. Asking up-front for nice gifts or even expecting the man to pay for everything are good ways to turn an eligible man off. I'd recommend taking the opposite route and even offer to pay more than you usually would - its an investment that could payoff down the line.

#5 - Try specialty online dating sites: There are actually some dating websites that specifically target men who are in high income brackets, sites like Sugardaddie, Wealthy Men, and Established Men all provide a place to search for and meet successful men. I've tried some of these wealthy men dating sites and they do work, but the competition is tough on these sites and it can be difficult to get the attention of men with attractive profiles. My recommendation is to invest some serious time in your profile and do your best to come off as intelligent and not just some gold digger. Have substance, and you'll do better!

#6 - Organize or volunteer at charity / fundraising events: To nab the local philanthropist, pick a good cause and a charity and organize a fundraising event. These events are great places to meet established men. Tickets to these events can cost upwards of $500 or $1,000 dollars. You'll know that any men you meet at these events will not only be pre-qualified in having disposable income to spend on charities, but they'll probably be kind-hearted men as well. It's a win-win situation.

#7 - Pick up a book or a magazine (and I don't mean US Weekly!): Most successful men have a brain, and they don't want to be bored to death with a dumb blonde who can't hold a conversation. You should read something regularly - whatever even vaguely interests you, be it the news, about some hobby, about history, or science - if you can surprise a man by knowing a thing or two about a subject he expects you to be clueless about, that's big points for you.

#8 - Hang out at the right nightclubs and bars: If you're in New York, San Francisco, or Vegas, check out the top exclusive night clubs in those cities. The way these clubs work is that it's easy for women to get in (provided you look good and are showing some skin :) but it's very hard for men to get in, unless they are well-connected or have the spending power to buy their way in. Great pre-qualification for wealthy and established men. You might also try hanging out at bars in financial districts or near hospitals. You want to hang out where the top bankers and doctors spend their leisure hours. You'll find the hot bars and restaurants crawling with eligible, well-dressed men after work hours. The best thing is that successful guys tend to be very aggressive, so as long as you catch their eye you may get some takers.

#9 - Become a personal fitness trainer: There are many busy business men who are too busy to keep up a good workout schedule, and have the money to hire a personal trainer to keep them in shape. What many don't realize is that many of these men request female trainers - often with the unspoken desire to meet a hot, well-toned woman this way. Become a fitness trainer, and develop a good clientele list, and when you find the eligible candidate you want, you'll be a in a great position to "get to know" him better, being in close physical proximity and see him often.

#10 - Attend professional conventions: Conventions in high paying fields such as medical, finance, and technology can also be a great venue to meet Mr. Right. Go as an attendee, or work a booth. Either way you'll have plenty f chances to meet all kinds of men, and can identify great potentials here. Best of all, these conferences tend to have after-hour social events and parties so you can seal the deal at these.
